Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy covers MarketingCanvas, the advertising tool used to run the Facebook and Instagram ads you may have seen, and the contact information collected through them. It is operated by Ventana LLC, trading as Ventana ("we", "us"), reachable at ablahou@gmail.com.

If you filled out one of our ad forms

What we collect. When you submit a lead form on one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we receive the information you entered: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the qualifying questions on that form (for example, the type of work you need or your preferred timing). We also receive the date of your submission and which campaign it came from. We do not collect anything you did not type into the form.

Why we collect it. Solely to contact you about the service you asked about, to prepare a quote or estimate, and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

Who we share it with. No one. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. It is handled by us and by the service providers that run our systems on our behalf — our database host (Supabase), our application host (Railway), our email provider (Resend) and our text messaging provider (Twilio) — who process it only to deliver those services. Meta also holds a copy of what you submitted, under Meta's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it. For as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for our business records, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you become a customer or ask us to keep it.

Your choices. You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email ablahou@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days. There is no cost, and asking will never affect any quote we have given you.

Text messaging and your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you ask us for a quote we may call or text you about that request at the number you gave. Promotional texts are separate: they go only to people who ticked the optional box asking for them, and ticking it is never a condition of getting a quote or hiring us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts, or HELP for help. Opting out is recorded against your phone number rather than a single enquiry, so it holds even if you contact us again.

Advertising and measurement

Pages we run Facebook or Instagram ads to — our quote pages, not the main website — include Meta's advertising pixel. It tells us how many people reached the page and how many submitted the form, so we can tell which ads are worth paying for. It records the visit and the fact that a form was submitted; it does not receive the answers you typed. Meta may use it to measure and target ads under their own privacy policy. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings, or by using a browser that blocks trackers. Our main website carries no advertising or analytics trackers.

The advertising tool itself

When the account owner connects an ad platform such as Meta or Google, we store the access tokens and account identifiers needed to create and manage campaigns, and retrieve performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions) for those accounts. This part of the tool is internal and not offered to the public.

Storage and security

Information is stored in a private database. Lead details and platform access tokens are restricted to the application server and are never exposed to the browser; the tool requires a sign-in for all access.
